We Present’s Terms and Conditions:

The Thoughtful Bundle:

Bespoke Gifting Bundle worth £100, inclusive of We Present’s fee.
Choice between two bespoke gifting bundles.
Includes Complimentary Gift Wrapping & Next Day Tracked Delivery*.
We have a 4 hour grace period once payment has been taken for a full refund to be processed.
If you cancel the Contract after the 4 hour grace period and before the Proposals, there will be a £15 administration charge retained by We Present.
We Present will propose two, three or four different gifting experiences dependent on the bundle. These proposals will take into account the online form submitted by the Customer and any further communication with the Customer. Our staff will utilise their knowledge & training to create an implicit bespoke gift bundle that will emulate the brief, therefore if a Customer requests a a further proposal this will be chargeable at a further £5 per proposal.
Once the Customer has received the proposals, We Present will retain 75% of the upfront cost due their ideas & hard-work being displayed and transferred to the Customer.
Once we have ordered, made reservations or organised any element of the bespoke gifting bundle no refund can be processed.
A two-week notice period is required for all orders, this will enable your bespoke goods to be designed, ordered & gift-wrapped, all to the highest standard.
We Present cannot be held responsible for any mistakes or misinformation submitted on the online form by the Customer.
*Tracked Delivery is not calculated from the day payment is taken. Tracked Delivery is calculated from the day after We Present has shipped the finished bundle.

The Extraordinary Bundle:

Bespoke Gifting Bundle worth £200, inclusive of We Present’s fee.
Choice between three bespoke gifting bundles.
Includes Complimentary Gift Wrapping & Next Day Tracked Delivery*.
We have a 4 hour grace period once payment has been taken for a full refund to be processed.
If you cancel the Contract after the 4 hour grace period and before the Gifting Proposals, there will be a £15 administration charge retained by We Present.
We Present will propose three different gifting experiences based on the online form submitted & further communication with the Customer. Our staff will utilise their knowledge & training to create an implicit bespoke gift bundle that will emulate the brief, therefore if a Customer requests a third or forth proposal this will be chargeable at a further £15.00.
Once the Customer has received the proposals We Present will retain 75% of the upfront cost due their ideas & hard-work being displayed to the Customer.

The Breathtaking Bundle:

The Luxury Bundle includes Luxury Complimentary Gift Wrapping, a Greeting Card & Tracked Next Day Delivery*.
Choice between four bespoke gifting bundles, after the Customer has received the proposals the £100 deposit becomes non-refundable due the ideas & hard-work of We Present being displayed and transferred to the Customer
The £100 is a deposit taken at the point of sale for the Luxury Bundle, this is deducted from the final quotation / budget of your Luxury Custom Bundle. £50 of this deposit is non-refundable, up until the Customer has received the gifting proposals.
Once you have received the final quotation for your Luxury Custom Bundle, we must receive payment prior to any goods, items & accessories being ordered.
A two-week notice period is required for all orders, this will enable your bespoke gifting bundles to be designed, ordered & gift-wrapped, all to the highest standard.
We Present cannot be held responsible for any mistakes submitted on the online form by the Customer.
*Next Day Delivery is not calculated from the day payment is taken. Next Day Delivery is calculated from the day after We Present have shipped the finished bundle.

The In a Rush Bundle:

Price dependant on the package which you choose at checkout, all prices are inclusive of We Present’s fee!
Includes a £20.00 priority order fee, this fee enables our staff work around the clock to ensure that all items are sourced, wrapped & shipped in time for the occasion date!
Includes Complimentary Gift Wrapping, Tracked Next Day Delivery & We Present’s Guarantee that the the order to be delivered by the specified occasion date**.

Due to the time sensitivity aspect of this Bundle, our staff will begin drafting a proposal and this will be returned to you the same day as the order was placed.
If any In A Rush Bundle orders are cancelled (before the proposal is displayed to the Customer), We Present will retain a £30 administration fee to cover the costs incurred in expediting this order.
Choose between two bespoke gifting ideas. Once you have received the gifting proposal, there can be no refund as our Staff have invested time, money and resources into prioritising and expediting your In a Rush Bundle!
All items will be shipped directly to We Present to enable the complimentary gift-wrapping process to begin as swiftly as possible.
Once the In a Rush Bundle has been wrapped it will be shipped direct to you or your recipient with Tracked Next Day Delivery*.
*Tracked Next Delivery is calculated from the day We Present ship the goods, not from the day of purchase.
** Specified Occasion Date is the date which the Customer chooses when submitting the online form at Checkout, the order must be placed at least three days before the Occasion Date to ensure all items can be sourced & delivered in time.

The New Baby Bundle:

Price dependant on the package which you choose at checkout, all prices are inclusive of We Present’s fee!
Includes Complimentary Gift Wrapping & Next Day Tracked Delivery*.
We have a 4 hour grace period once payment has been taken to enable a full refund to be processed.
If you cancel the Contract after the 4 hour grace period and before the Gifting Proposals, there will be a £15 administration charge retained by We Present.
We Present will propose two different gifting ideas based on the online form submitted & telephone consultation. Our staff will utilise their knowledge & training to create an implicit bespoke gift bundle that will emulate the brief, therefore if a Customer requests a further proposal this will be chargeable at a £5 per proposal.
Once the Customer has received the proposals, We Present will retain 75% of the upfront cost due their ideas & hard-work being displayed and transferred to the Customer.
Once we have ordered, made reservations or organised any element of the bespoke gifting bundle no refund can be processed.
A two-week notice period is required for all orders, this will enable your bespoke goods to be designed, ordered & gift-wrapped, all to the highest standard.

Price dependant on the package which you choose at checkout, all prices are inclusive of We Present’s fee!

The Quick Fix Father's Day Bundle:

Items may vary from the picture.
Items may very subject to availability.
Once the order has been processed We Present will retain a £15 administration fee if the Customer cancels the order.
However, once we have ordered, made reservations or organised any element of the quick fix bundle no refund can be processed.
We Present cannot be held responsible for any mistakes or misinformation submitted on the online form by the Customer.
All orders will be shipped in time for Father’s Day but delivery delays are not the responsibility of We Present.

Other T&Cs:

Content will vary from Customer to Customer due to the bespoke nature of our Service. However, each Bundle will be completed to the highest quality.

We may require a 4 week notice period to source personalised items, Customers will be advised of required timeframes during the telephone consultation.
All items are final sale, but gift receipts will be included, where available, for the Recipient.
Personalised items are non-returnable & non-refundable.
