Can you send the bundle direct to me, so that I can give it personally?

Yes, of-course we can send the gifting bundle direct to any address of your choice!

If you prefer to have everything handled or if your recipient is a long distance relative/friend we can ensure your Bundle arrives perfectly packaged to their doorstep.

Or, if you prefer, we can send it direct to you so that you can add your own personal touch!

What happens if I don’t like the bespoke gifting options you propose?

You will receive 2 ideas of bundles prior to agreeing the final package! You also will have the opportunity to make any amendments/additions. Do not worry, we will ensure that these proposals are to the highest standard and will emulate your brief perfectly!

Can I offer any suggestions or ideas?

Yes, we want the Gifting Bundle to be so personal and most importantly from you to them! When submitting the online form, you have the opportunity to detail any suggestions, ideas or themes. We will also ask you for further details about your recipient during your initial consultation. Remember though, we want to make your life easier! So, trust us.

I want to see the bundle but I am getting it sent direct to my recipient, what can you do?

Easy! We would love to send you photos of your bundle along the way! Either opt in or out during the telephone consultation.

Is prepayment required?

Yes, to enable us to successfully curate your individual bundles and purchase all products we will need to take pre-payment. But don’t worry! You shall initially be given a choice between 2-bundles, and then we can discuss any amendments/additions. Once the bundle has been delivered it becomes non-refundable.
